Background
Ever since I was a child, I was always fascinated with aircraft. As I grew older, this fascination turned into a life style. At the same time, my interest in computers also took its toll, which led me to University to gain my Honours Degree in computing. Now all my interests combine and allow me to undertake some fascinating work reporting on various aspects of modern military aviation and local press activities, often in places where no one else can.

During the early stages, several magazines took an interest and published a few aviation related images. Over time I have been privileged enough to report on some exciting and high profile aviation events including the mass arrivals of aircraft at Prestwick International Airport as part of the 2005 G8 Summit, held in Gleneagles, Scotland. Other recent activities have included two trips to RAF Machrihanish to photograph USAF Special Operations aircraft on exercise, and several base visits in the south of the country.

Throughout 2007, I have had the privilege of working with some truly remarkable people and undertaking some prestigious assignments including Comic Relief, Children In Need, the 2007 Scottish Car of the Year Awards and going on assignment with the men and women of the Scottish Ambulance Service Helicopter, Helimed 5.

With a passion for news reporting, local emergencies and events are now covered for both local and national press, and also television stations when appropriate. My experience and enthusiasm often ensure that I am the first, and sometimes the only professional camera on scene.

As part of the business expansion in 2008, I am now using my four years of media and professional photography experience to undertake new avenues of work including full event coverage for personal and private clients, as well as entering the world of model and fashion photography, specifically targeting the Ayrshire modelling scene.

To keep up with the growing demand of the news hungry public, broadcast quality video equipment has been added to the equipment list. Full video capability will be deployed to all breaking news and local events throughout the three towns, Ayrshire and further a field as and when required.
